Cancellation Policy

We ask for as much notice as possible should a student wish to cancel a class so that students on the waiting list will have ample time to make travel arrangements.

If a cancellation notice is received:

  •  More than 30 days prior to the start of the student's purchased class, he/she may receive a full refund1, or he/she may transfer the full paid amount2 to another class.
  • 15 to 30 days prior to the start of the student's purchased class, he/she will not receive a refund but may transfer paid amount2 less a $300 cancellation fee to another class.
  • 7-14 days prior to the start of the students purchased class, he/she will not receive a refund but may transfer paid amount2 less a $600 cancellation fee to another class.
  • Less than 7 days prior to the start of the students purchased class, he/she will not receive a refund or a transfer.

1 less processing fees (not to exceed 10% of the invoice amount).

2 Paid amount is calculated by adding all payments made towards the enrollment.

3 Purchased amount is the amount invoiced

Note: Fees paid towards classes that are rescheduled may be used as full payment for another class of equal or lesser money. No cash refunds will be issued resulting from a transfer. If a remaining balance is owed on the new class, full payment must made at the time of enrollment. Subsequent cancellation or refund of any transferred class will result in the standard cancellation policies above.
