Watch the videos, get out your kit, and supplies - It is time to paint!
Depending on the contents included with your specific kit, you may need to mix up your custom flesh-tone before completing the Color Eye project. It is very easy just follow the recipe below.
We use Createx Illustration colors due to their specific color palette and the unique properties of the paint. Your results both in color and performance may vary if you substitute other types of paint.
Flesh-tone** paint recipe: We mix by parts each part is the same measurement (whatever measurement you choose; such as drops, ml, or oz. – it depends on the amount you wish to make. (Drops should work fine if you just want enough to complete your single eye project.)
10 parts Red-Violet
2 parts Sepia
20 parts High Performance Reducer #4012 (or add to personal taste)
**Note: This recipe is for the custom flesh-tone needed in the Classroom in a box color "Eye" project. It is not intended as a general use flesh-tone.
